What is processing/ shipping time like for crochet items?
- All crochet bags are made upon purchase. Once the order is placed for any crochet bags the crocheting process will start. Please allow 5-7 days for bags to be shipped. Any delays will be communicated with the customer via email.
- Any earrings or scrunchies will be shipped within the same window as our cosmetic products as they are ready to order products.

Can I return items I’ve purchased?
- All sales on cosmetic items are final as it is a safety hazard and those items cannot be reused by anyone else once it reaches the customer.
- If you receive a damaged cosmetic product due to any problems once UPS has it, please contact us via email with pictures of the damage and a new order will be shipped to replace it.
- Any crochet item can be returned if the item has been damaged, once it is in the hands of the shipping company. If this occurs please contact us via email with pictures of the damage, if the damage is fixable we will have you shipped it back and it will be fixed, if the damage is too bad a new bag will be shipped out to replace it.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds will only be issued if the customer receives a damaged cosmetic product order and doesn’t want a replacement order, under no other circumstances will a refund be issued.
- How fast will I receive any communication?
- Although here at Cecilia’s World Collections we do work around the clock all communication will be done during the hours of 9-5 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
